BEACH RETREATS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The prize needs to be taken before the end of 2025 (subject to the property’s specific arrival day, excluding school holiday weeks defined by Beach Retreats and subject to availability). The properties at The Village sleep up to ten guests and welcome up to two dogs. The details of all guests need to be provided prior to the stay and the party size is not to exceed this. A £250 refundable damage deposit is required prior to arrival. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Beach Retreats is unable to provide the stated prize(s), they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
