The Manor was his private family home, designed by Silvanus Trevail, one of the most famous Cornish architects of the 19th century.

There are 18 residences to choose from, ranging from one, two and three bedrooms through to two-bedroom townhouses with bedrooms on the ground floor, and living areas on the first floor to take full advantage of the views across the bay and gardens.
