HOW’S THE FOOD?
Head chef Steven Harris has created an exciting menu for Royal visitors. Starters may include Ventnor Bay crab or their home-smoked salmon, for mains try their stunning seafood risotto served with langoustine bisque, and don’t forget to leave room for one of their divine desserts. They are famous for their soufflés, so if you don’t start with a Gallybagger cheese soufflé, then do finish with a passion fruit soufflé with pineapple carpaccio, passion fruit sorbet and coconut tuille. Dinner is served from 6.45pm to 8.45pm. A two course meal starts from around £28. In the warmer months you can also dine on the Riviera Terrace, which has uninterrupted views across Ventnor Bay.
