For those of us passionate about the world of sail, next August will be a thrilling time as Falmouth Harbour becomes the setting for the prestigious Tall Ships Race, Magellan Elcano 2023. It’s only the sixth time the famous global regatta has been held in the Cornish coastal town since 1966 and the event promises races, shoreside events, ship visits and The Parade of Sail, a stately showcase of the tall ships fleet.
